When we set up Minor Entertainment in 2009 we soon learnt that traditional ticketing and marketing partners didn’t offer what we wanted.

We wanted to offer amazing customer service by phone, email and social channels. We wanted to use dynamic pricing. We wanted to sell extra experiences and merchandise packages in our online purchase path. We wanted the experience to be as good on a mobile as on a desktop.
